General Data Processing
We only process personal data of our users as necessary to provide a functioning service and to deliver the services we offer, adhering to the principle of data minimization. The processing of personal data of our users generally occurs only with the user's consent or based on other legal regulations that allow data processing. We also process personal data for statistical and market analysis purposes. We will inform you about these at the beginning of the use of the respective service. We collect data from companies, mediators, and candidates, including contact details and job application information. This data is used to facilitate job postings, application processing, and communication with hiring companies.

Data Deletion and Duration of Storage
As a principle and unless otherwise specified, your personal data will only be stored as long as necessary for the purpose of collection and storage, with a maximum of six months post-application process. According to your consent, data can be stored longer, as long as you do not revoke your consent. Storage may also occur if this has been provided by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws, or other provisions to which we are subject. This is the case, for example, for billing data, which must usually be stored for at least 10 years. If data is stored based on such a legal regulation, its processing will accordingly be restricted, i.e., the data will no longer be processed for any other purposes for which they were collected. A blocking or deletion of the data also takes place when a storage period prescribed by the mentioned standards expires, unless there is a necessity for further storage of the data for a contract conclusion or contract fulfillment. Transfer to Third Countries
